Brad joined CONEXIS in 2000 as Regional Vice President of Sales after a successful sales career with a large national health plan. He was promoted to AVP of Sales in 2010 to lead the CONEXIS sales organization. Through Brad’s experience in sales and solid understanding of technology, he is uniquely equipped to assist his team in developing well-designed solutions to meet virtually any unique client requirement. Brad received his Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Saint Mary’s College in Moraga, California.
Scott joined CONEXIS in 1998 and has held various positions within the organization in administration and sales roles. His experience with CONEXIS includes roles as Client Relationship Manager, Director of Sales & Strategy, and Regional Vice President. Scott's knowledge and familiarity with CONEXIS' administrative processes allows Scott to bring a unique and thorough understanding of administrative services to clients and partners. Since becoming a member of the CONEXIS sales team in 2005, Scott has achieved the distinction of multiple Presidents Club and Top Achiever awards. Scott received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications from Menlo College in Atherton, CA.
Ben joined CONEXIS in 2011 with nearly 10 years of experience in the insurance administration industry. Prior to joining CONEXIS, Ben worked as a Sales and Marketing Leader for one of the world's largest benefits consulting firms. He also has extensive experience in quality assurance, corporate training, and product management. Ben received his Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from Mount Mercy College in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.
Marc joined Word & Brown in 1996 and has held various positions within the organization. His experience with CONEXIS includes roles as Sales Coordinator, Sales Manager, and Director of Sales. Marc's deep knowledge of CONEXIS products allows him to identify the right administration solutions for employers and partners. Since becoming a member of the CONEXIS sales team in 2001, Marc has achieved the distinction of multiple Presidents Club and Top Achiever awards. Marc received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in English from California State University of Fullerton.
Prior to joining CONEXIS in 2012, Ed enjoyed 20-plus years of success establishing and cultivating local, state, and federal government market segments as well as supporting and winning multi-million dollar acquisitions in the areas of application software, enterprise computing, network integration, outsourcing, and professional services. He also applied this same problem-solving, data-driven approach to building client relationships in assisting startup companies grow to market leaders. Ed received a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Cumberland College in Williamsburg, Kentucky.
Shane joined CONEXIS in 2012 with more than 20 years of experience in employee benefits. His background includes brokerage, third party administration, and consulting, with extensive experience in complex self-funded plan design. He has worked with Fortune 1000 employers across the U.S. Shane is a graduate of University of New Mexico, Albuquerque and holds dual licenses in health, life and variable annuity and general lines, property, and casualty insurance. He is a Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU), a Registered Health Underwriter (RHU), and a Registered Employee Benefits Consultant (REBC).
